Site email
Your site sends email on your behalf: to visitors the replies you approve, booking confirmations, reminders and order receipts, and to you notifications about what happens on the site. The letters' texts can be changed in the builder under Letters.
Out of the box Pubner sends your visitors' letters — bookings, receipts, order updates — under your site's name, up to 10 a day; you hear of everything in the panel, the bell and Telegram. To send more, from your own address, and to get notification emails yourself, connect your provider in Settings → Mail config (any SMTP, Brevo, SendGrid, Mailgun) and press Send test email. Settings → Notifications then sets whether the site emails you and at which address.
