Customers and CRM
CRM in the left rail is where your business lives. Overview shows the money: what was paid in a period and from what — orders, appointments, stays — the average check, what is still unpaid, how many clients came back, and what needs your attention now.
Customers keeps one card per person who wrote, ordered, booked or stayed: their contacts, history, figures, your tags and notes, sorted into segments — regulars, first-timers, those who have not been back for 60 days. Contacts & Leads lists the requests from your site's forms with their status — waiting for a reply, answered — where Reply with AI drafts an answer from your site's content for you to send. A request left without a reply for two working hours turns urgent.
The Orders, Appointments and Rentals tabs appear when the site takes them. CRM is part of every plan, the trial included.
