Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 July 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Pubner (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is provided "as is", and these terms may change as the product matures.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to host malicious code, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt or abuse the service or its shared resources (including the AI features). We may apply reasonable limits to protect the Platform for everyone.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the code, content and data you create on Pubner. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process and display it in order to operate the service for you.
5. AI features
The AI Builder and AI Assistant generate output on request. AI output is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing and testing any AI-generated code or content before relying on it. AI usage may consume credit from your account balance.
6. Billing
Pubner offers a 14-day free trial (no card required) and paid subscription plans; the current plans, prices and limits are listed on our Pricing page. When a trial ends without a subscription, your sites are paused — the content is kept and comes back the moment you subscribe; after an extended period without a subscription it is deleted following the timeline in our data-retention policy. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as the merchant of record — it is the seller of record for your transaction, handles applicable taxes, and full card details never touch our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; after cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Downgrading never deletes your content — anything above the lower plan's limits is locked until you upgrade again or free up space. AI usage is billed separately, from your prepaid account balance. If a charge does not look right, contact us at support@pubner.com — refunds are handled together with the payment provider on a case-by-case basis, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
7. Your responsibilities to your users
If you build websites for clients or third parties on Pubner, you are responsible for those sites and their end-users, including providing your own terms and privacy notice and complying with applicable law for the content and data you handle.
8. Availability
Features may change and, while we strive for maximum uptime, occasional disruptions may occur as we scale the infrastructure. The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pubner is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or to protect the Platform. On termination we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pubner Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The applicable jurisdiction will be confirmed once the operating entity is finalised.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to support@pubner.com.
