Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 June 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Pubner (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. During our Beta phase the Platform is provided "as is", and these terms may change as the product matures.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to host malicious code, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt or abuse the service or its shared resources (including the AI features). We may apply reasonable limits to protect the Platform for everyone.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the code, content and data you create on Pubner. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process and display it in order to operate the service for you.
5. AI features
The AI Builder and AI Assistant generate output on request. AI output is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing and testing any AI-generated code or content before relying on it. AI usage may consume credit from your account balance.
6. Billing
During Beta, core access is free. AI usage is drawn from your account balance where applicable. Paid plans with additional projects and priority support are planned for after Beta; we will give clear notice before any charges apply.
7. Your responsibilities to your users
If you build websites for clients or third parties on Pubner, you are responsible for those sites and their end-users, including providing your own terms and privacy notice and complying with applicable law for the content and data you handle.
8. Availability and Beta disclaimer
Pubner is currently in Beta. Features may change and, while we strive for maximum uptime, occasional disruptions may occur as we scale the infrastructure. The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pubner is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Platform, especially during the Beta phase.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or to protect the Platform. On termination we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pubner Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The applicable jurisdiction will be confirmed once the operating entity is finalised.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to info@pubner.com.
