Bookings and stays
Appointments by the hour (a haircut, a consultation): switch on Bookings in Settings → Features, set your week in Settings → Working hours, and give each service a duration in its record. Its page gets a calendar with free times. If you described your hours when creating the site, the AI has done this already.
Several masters? Add them as records of a Staff area, each with their own hours and days off if they differ from the site's, and name in each service who does it. A visitor picks a person or takes whoever is free. The Appointments page shows the day as a grid — a column per person — where you confirm visits and mark them done or no-show.
Stays by the night or the day (a guest house, a garage): make an area of type Rentals by period and set its rules — nights or days, check-in and check-out times, the shortest and longest stay. Each record is one house or room; several identical ones are one record with a quantity. The Rentals page shows them on a timeline with today's check-ins and check-outs.
New bookings arrive on these pages, on the Dashboard, in the bell and in Telegram. A visit or a stay taken over the phone is added by hand. Clients get a confirmation and a reminder by email with a link to cancel. Settings → Booking settings shows whether booking is ready — working hours, a service, optionally staff — and what is still missing.
Booking a whole day (a photographer, a host, a hall for the day): in the services area choose Booked — by the whole day. The visitor then picks a date, not an hour; services have no length, and one date takes one booking; the day takes your working hours, so no hourly appointment fits that date. If the brief speaks of free dates, the AI switches this on itself.
