> Pubner is a code-first, multi-tenant CMS built on Laravel and Twig, with a built-in AI copilot that manages content, SEO and settings across every tenant site from one Hub.

Pubner targets agencies and freelance developers who run multiple client sites. Each site is fully isolated (multi-tenant), themes are plain Twig templates, and the AI Assistant acts on a site's real data — records, content, settings — instead of just generating static markup. Every site ships with Full Export: the underlying Laravel/Twig code always belongs to the owner, no platform lock-in.
